You can supply your own fixtures or we can source them for you. Many clients purchase their own fixtures from retailers like Home Depot, Wayfair, or specialty lighting stores.

Yes. We use low-profile "IC-rated" recessed fixtures designed for finished ceilings. We can typically run wiring with minimal drywall work.

For recessed lighting in finished spaces, there may be small access holes needed for wiring. We keep these minimal and can recommend a drywall contractor if needed.

Yes. We install smart dimmers and switches compatible with Lutron Caseta, Leviton Decora, and other systems. We handle the wiring — you handle the app setup.
