By accessing our website or engaging Behr Electric LLC ("Behr Electric," "we," "us," or "our") for electrical services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or our services.
Behr Electric provides licensed electrical services including but not limited to:
All services are performed by or under the supervision of a licensed electrician in accordance with Minnesota electrical code and applicable local regulations.
Estimates provided by Behr Electric are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required due to unforeseen conditions discovered during the project. We will communicate any changes to the scope of work and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work that affects the price.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee.
Behr Electric warrants all labor and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:
Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are separate from our labor warranty and are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms.
Behr Electric will obtain all required permits for work that requires them under Minnesota electrical code. The cost of permits is typically included in the project estimate. The client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the property for inspections as required by the permitting authority.

Behr Electric's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or the use of our website.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service call fee. For projects where materials have been ordered, cancellation fees may apply to cover material costs already incurred.
